So last night... or the night before last i saw indiana jones, raiders of the lost arc. It was the first time i have ever seen it, and i must say, thats a freaking awesome movie. Major props, again, to lucas for yet another wondermous idea.
It was a little strange tho, i felt like i was watching a movie about han solo previous to the wookie/smuggling debauckle. But still, i was quite entertained, many favorite moments in that movie. none of them, of course, included that irritating whining chic. i was really hoping that the snakes would get her. and then the trunk blew up and i was like "YES!!" but she survived :(
but regardless, great movie, can't wait to see the next one

So i found out that my dormatory in england is located on baker street... yes... the same street upon the famous and fictional character Sherlock Holmes lived and the author of Sherlock Holmes, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle was a good friend of Harry Houdini.
Anyway, the point is that i will be living on baker street, and thats awesome :)

Okay... so now... i am so excited about turning 21 i can barely stand it.
The other night me and fellow star wars nerds were hanging out... with our lightsabers... talking about how cool it would be to own various star wars things. I brought up the wookie outfit. Then Marilyn was like "hey... when you turn 21? Cuz, for your birthday, we should rent one and have somebody be the designated wookie and the rest of us, with lightsabers, could dress up as jedi and we could go out dancing... with obligatory drinking."
I sat there in shock of the beauty of the idea. There will be a wookie at my birthday party :)
although, i did stipulate, that if there is a wookie... there has to be han solo to ;)
anyway, its going to be awesome. imagine the headlines "Drunken Jedi and Sober Wookie Raid Downtown Augusta"

so Eve is finally fixed. Thank god. She's crashed so many times its just ridiculous. And here's the kicker. It totally wasnt my fault. YAY!
The bios on my motherboard was old. dammit. and it was a flawed old one. thats the last freaking time i buy technology that has just come out. It takes months for it to actually work the way it should.
But the genius that is my dad figured it out and helped me update the bios without melting my computer or any other simular mishaps.
*delighted*
eve is now stronger, faster and better than ever.
