The Great and Masterful Star Wars Trivial Pursuit night is on its way. I am quite excited. Yes, it is a little sad that i am exstatic about getting my friends together and having a battle of great nerdly proportions.

This time, we are doing teams. Mostly, because it took like 3.5 hours to play last time, and that was a long game. Plus, you can only have like... 4 players. which is bogus. so now we can have 8 and hopefully it will go smoother. Apparently, one of the contender padawan's is bring the Master Jedi from the other circle. (Just a reminder, in my game-group, I am the current Master Jedi *gloats*... dont get mad at me for gloating, really, its all i have.) anyway, so it will be a clash of the master jedi. I'll have my brother there, backing me up, on my team. so hopefully, we'll win.

Today is Amon-Ra's day as my "personal god" so, I'm sending a prayer up to him that my team (me and my bro) will emerge victorious.

So yeah, that's my new thing, i've been picking assorted ancient gods and they have been the god for the day. Dagda was yesterday, he's a favorite of mine, he's the main celtic god. Sekmet had her day (revengeful goddess of the egyptians) Umm... Enki, Nannar, both mesopatamian gods of various things. Its been fun, and I think its been working, my luck (read: divine favor) has been pretty good recently. I am not boasting *fearful glance at the Irony Gods*, just giving a shout out to all the great deities up there.

life seems pretty good... its been a wierd day tho...
